A couple retiring in NYC wanted a cozy yet stylish apartment, so we embarked on a full renovation to transform their space. We installed elegant custom moulding throughout, adding a classic touch to their home. To maximize space, we added a sleek indoor sliding door, giving the apartment a modern feel. The original floors were refinished, restoring their natural beauty, while fresh, neutral-colored paint was applied to the walls to create a calming atmosphere. We also designed and built a custom radiator cover, turning a functional element into a stylish feature that blends seamlessly with the overall decor.
